Ensure plug is in mains socket & power switched on. Press RCD Plug orange Reset Switch.
Press ON at control panel (airport booths)
Check Mains Plug Fuse and change if necessary
Contact MTE for telephone support.
See 1. Above, then check for kinks along spray gun pipe. Check air holes in silver cap on the front of spray gun are clear. By removing cap & check light can be seen through all holes
Contact MTE for telephone support.
Immediately turn needle adjustment screw at the back of the spray gun clockwise to close needle and stop leakage
Turn off machine, remove adjustment screw & spring
Remove & clean needle Remove & clean fluid nozzle
Contact MTE for telephone support.
Turn needle adjustment wheel clockwise, until it closes. Once closed, turn wheel anti-clockwise for one turn. This resets needle to factory setting.
Ensure your spray strokes over the body are not too slow.
Turn needle adjustment wheel clockwise, until it closes, Once closed turn wheel anti-clockwise for one turn. This resets needle to factory setting. You may wish to Increase number of turns if necessary.
Stop SprayingChange filters ensure fan is working.
ie. Thers air flow into filters.
Electrical problem
1. No power to machine.
Machine will not start.
2. No air from spray gun.
Air pressure very weak.
3. Spray gun leaking
when the trigger of the spray gun is released Tan squirts out the nozzle in a thin jet.
4. Too much tan
coming out of spray gun,
clients getting very wet.
5. Weak spray from spray gun
Tan looking very dry and light.
6. Overspray in room.

this may indicate a more serious problem.
